About the role#
This Supply Chain Intern position provides entry-level administrative and program support to Material Program Management and Integrated Project Teams. You will assist with supply-chain coordination, data management, and reporting while learning about material planning processes. The role is based in Dallas, Texas, for the Summer 2027 term and follows a hybrid work schedule.
What you'll do#
- Perform introductory administrative tasks that increase in complexity over time.
- Support functional areas with daily staff duties.
- Maintain a professional company image during in-person and phone interactions.
- Draft documents and prepare routine reports with guidance.
- Organize and update data using database applications.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and project team activities.
- Follow procedures for the proper use and care of equipment and materials.
- Reinforce and support the mission and values of the organization.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a college student pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to use standard office software and computer equipment.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- You must hold an active DOD security clearance or have the ability to obtain one.
