About the role#
As a Supply Chain Intern, you will work with procurement, engineering, finance, and legal teams to support our strategic planning and supplier management. This role involves balancing technical data analysis with hands-on supply chain operations. You will gain experience in business negotiations, manufacturing processes, and risk mitigation while contributing to our internal systems and digital ecosystem.
What you'll do#
- Support strategic planning and long-term supplier selection and negotiations.
- Optimize MRP system inputs and outputs and integrate these into ERP modules.
- Develop analytics and dashboards for demand and material planning.
- Identify material gaps and assess supplier risk.
- Assist the configuration team with BOM errors and master data requirements.
- Support the program team with supply chain milestone checkoff procedures.
- Optimize RFQ systems and upstream data flows.
- Build sourcing and cost trajectory analysis tools.
- Support the buying team with purchasing SOPs, training material, and part availability tracking.
- Enhance purchase request processes to improve automation and traceability.
- Optimize WMS and QMS systems and support compliance audits.
- Document supply chain processes and develop change control procedures.
- Develop supplier scorecards and health-check mechanisms.
- Liaise between business and IT groups to clarify requirements and support sprint planning.
- Perform end-user application testing and report findings.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Must be returning to school at the end of the internship to continue academic studies.
- Ability to complete a 12-week in-person internship during summer 2027.
- Status as a U.S. Person due to access to export-controlled information.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Spark, PySpark, SQL, and enterprise data systems like Palantir Foundry.
- Experience with cloud security ecosystems, containerization, and API integration.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau.

- This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship.
- Available locations include Costa Mesa, CA; Santa Ana, CA; Fort Collins, CO; Quincy, MA; and Waltham, MA.
