About the role#
The Investment Management Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week internship based in Boston. You will spend one week in training followed by nine weeks embedded within a North American Intermediary Distribution team. This role mirrors the responsibilities of a full-time employee and provides a clear path toward a career in sales and distribution.
What you'll do#
- Work alongside experienced professionals on projects and receive on-the-job training.
- Attend regular product training sessions and meetings with sales teams to learn about financial services and products.
- Research industry and firm trends to identify sales opportunities.
- Present your research findings to senior management.
- Assist with planning conferences and preparing materials for these events.
What you'll need#
- You are pursuing a Bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- You have a strong academic record.
- You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You can work both independently as a self-starter and collaboratively within a team.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
