About the role#
The Electronics Product Design team at Moog is looking for an intern to join us during the Summer 2027 term. You will work on-site in Torrance, California, contributing to engineering tasks and supporting our design projects. This role requires a professional approach and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
What you'll do#
- Support senior engineers with technical tasks and project execution.
- Assist with electrical or mechanical design and circuit or multi-physics analysis.
- Develop and test FPGA, MATLAB, or embedded software.
- Share your input on project processes and strategies.
- Represent the company in a professional manner.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program for Computer or Electrical Engineering.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Ability to relocate to Torrance for the internship duration.
- A strong desire to learn and a positive attitude.
- Effective communication skills and a professional disposition.
- Experience in one or more of the following: Cadence Capture, PCB, SI, Siemens NX, Ansys, MATLAB, VHDL, C, or C++.
