About the role#
The Product Engineering team at Moog is looking for an intern to join our Military Aircraft Group for the summer of 2027. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Torrance, California. You will work alongside our engineering teams to support production programs and contribute to technical project execution.
What you'll do#
- Support Military Aircraft production programs at our design and production centers.
- Help evaluate and implement equipment, including assembly fixtures, tools, and test equipment, to meet production needs.
- Assist with the preparation and completion of key engineering tasks.
- Provide technical support to engineers as needed.
- Offer input on project processes, strategies, and execution.
- Collaborate as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
- Represent Moog in a professional manner.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program for Mechanical Engineering at an accredited university.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- The ability to relocate to Torrance for the duration of the internship.
- Strong communication skills and a professional disposition.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
