About the role#
As a Brewery Operations Intern, you will join our Early Talent Program. This is a full-time summer internship based in Milwaukee. You will work on real-world projects and gain experience in a manufacturing environment. Successful completion of the program may lead to consideration for full-time roles after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Design, plan, organize, schedule, and lead projects related to systems, processes, and capital improvements.
- Apply project management principles and technical expertise to meet business objectives.
- Support high-level technical issues within the brewery.
- Develop project justifications and implement small plant projects from start to finish.
- Implement operational improvements across brewing, packaging, supply chain, or technical services departments.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program.
- For Brewing: Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in brewing, food science, chemistry, biology, microbiology, or chemical engineering.
- For Packaging, Supply Chain, Distribution, and Technical Services: Pursuing a degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, or packaging engineering.
- Ability to complete complex projects and collaborate effectively with others.
- Accountability for results and a strong desire to learn.
