About the role#
As a Brewery Operations Intern, you will join our Early Talent Program. This is a full-time summer internship designed to immerse you in the beverage industry through real-world problem solving. You will work on-site in British Columbia, gaining a fundamental understanding of brewery operations and project management in a manufacturing setting.
What you'll do#
- Design, plan, organize, schedule, and lead diverse projects.
- Apply project management principles and technical expertise to meet business objectives.
- Implement projects focused on systems, processes, or capital improvements.
- Support high-level technical issues within the brewery.
- Collaborate with teams to execute improvements in areas like quality, efficiency, and inventory.
What you'll need#
- Undergraduate student status during the summer of 2027.
- For Brewing roles: Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in brewing, food science, chemistry, biology, microbiology, or chemical engineering.
- For Quality, Packaging, Supply Chain, and Technical Services roles: Pursuing a degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, packaging, or a related engineering discipline.
- Ability to complete complex projects quickly.
- Strong focus on building relationships and collaborating with others.
- Accountability for results and a commitment to your work.
- A strong desire to learn and grow.
