About the role#
The Brand Marketing Intern supports research and project initiatives within the marketing department. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. You will report to the Marketing Specialist and assist with various programs and initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Research and analyze competitive sports marketing.
- Coordinate event and project details across different departments.
- Create content for programs like ticket promotions, youth basketball, the Kid's Club, and Student Rush.
- Use Wrike to manage the production of creative assets.
- Traffic media and track performance metrics.
- Support annual marketing planning for events like season tipoff and NBA All-Star.
- Maintain brand standards across all projects.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a college or university pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, sports management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of traditional and non-traditional marketing tactics.
- Experience with project management from coursework or internships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage short and long-term deadlines.
- A solutions-oriented approach to problem solving.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Flexibility to work approximately 20 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
