About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience supporting business priorities within the Content Marketing team. You will contribute to projects, work with cross-functional teams, and build skills in communication, problem solving, and teamwork.
What you'll do#
- Support daily activities and key projects for the Content team.
- Research, analyze, and review data to help inform business decisions.
- Create reports, presentations, and process documentation.
- Work with team members and stakeholders across the organization.
- Find ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.
- Present your project findings, results, and recommendations.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of or completion of a BS in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with content management systems, copywriting, editing, storytelling, social media, SEO, or editorial calendars is a plus.
- Prior internship or project experience is preferred.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship located on-site in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
- The program runs for 11 to 12 weeks during the summer of 2027.
