About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience supporting real business priorities within the Global Sourcing department. You will contribute to projects involving procure-to-pay processes, supplier engagement, category management, and process improvement. This is a full-time, paid position lasting 11 to 12 weeks during the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support strategic initiatives, including procure-to-pay processes and supplier transition efforts.
- Assist with RFP scoping, documentation, and supplier communication.
- Collect, review, and organize supplier or site-level data to help inform business decisions.
- Partner with plants and internal stakeholders to develop statements of work for non-production facility services.
- Support requirement scoping for waste services and material handling asset tracking.
- Analyze information to provide recommendations on process improvements, asset utilization, and supplier options.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and process documentation, and present your findings to the team.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of or completion of a BS in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A detail-oriented and collaborative work style.
- Preferred: Prior internship or project experience, and exposure to SAP, ARIBA, data analysis, or AI platforms.
