About the role#
The Arts & Culture Center facilitates cross-cultural understanding by promoting the work of Middle Eastern artists and organizing innovative programming. This internship offers the opportunity to support the department with critical programming, marketing, and organizational needs while learning about the impact of art and culture on society and policy. This is an unpaid, full-time position for the Fall 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with the team to conceptualize, plan, and execute programs that amplify current exhibitions.
- Provide administrative support for the preparation of upcoming exhibitions and the closing of current ones.
- Assist in the management of events including gallery open houses, talks, panels, and screenings.
- Create marketing content and materials for platforms such as Canva, Salesforce, and WordPress to promote exhibitions and programming.
- Coordinate with the Arts & Culture team to plan and execute outreach and media initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a related field, or recent graduation.
- A strong interest in the arts and culture of the Middle East.
- Excellent research, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred experience includes Canva, Salesforce, WordPress, graphic design, social media marketing, and basic video creation.

- Term: Fall 2026 (September 8, 2026, to December 11, 2026).
- Commitment: Minimum of 15 to 20 hours per week.
