About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to immerse yourself in our dealership operations during the summer of 2026. You will gain insight into the day-to-day work and professional relations within the RV industry. This role is designed to help you make an informed decision regarding your future career path at Bish's RV.
What you'll do#
- Complete employee roadmaps to learn about the different departments within a dealership.
- Get to know your team and the layout of the dealership.
- Begin on-the-job training.
- Complete an internship feedback survey.
- Discuss future career opportunities with the team at Bish's RV.
What you'll need#
- You must be currently enrolled in a 2 or 4 year college program.
- You must be at least in your sophomore year of study.
- You must be local to the dealership location.
- While we accept all majors, we particularly welcome students studying Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or Logistics.
Location & details#
- Location: Meridian, Idaho.
- This is a full-time, on-site position.
- This internship is paid.
- We do not provide visa sponsorship for this role.
- Students are responsible for their own transportation and housing arrangements.
