About the role#
The Explore Program is a 12-week internship designed for students in their second year of a four-year undergraduate degree. You will work in a pod with other interns to experience the product development cycle, including design, build, and quality phases. This role provides exposure to software engineering, product management, and technical program management in a collaborative environment.
What you'll do#
- Gain hands-on experience with various software development tools and programming languages.
- Work with your manager, mentors, and fellow interns to evaluate project requirements.
- Estimate project costs.
- Create and implement features and services.
- Engage in core technical disciplines including software engineering, product management, and technical program management.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in the second year of a four-year Bachelor degree program at the time of application.
- Completion of an Introduction to Computer Science course or an equivalent class.
- Completion of one semester of calculus or an equivalent course by the start of the program.
- Demonstrated interest in majoring in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, or a related technical field.

- Location: Redmond, Washington.
- Modality: This is an on-site, full-time internship.
- Compensation: The base pay range is $25.96 to $47.77 per hour.
- Status: Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
