About the role#
The Miami HEAT is looking for a Ticket Sales Intern to support the Sales Department. This role is for someone who is self-motivated and comfortable in a business operations environment where daily tasks change often. You will report to the Sr. Ticket Sales Admin and Special Events Manager and work with the Sales Strategy, Group Sales, and Ticket Sales Account Manager teams.
What you'll do#
- Research sales trends across the NBA and other professional sports leagues.
- Organize and maintain sales documents and materials.
- Help with game and event night responsibilities.
- Prepare presentations for the team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment or background in Business Administration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well with people in a customer service setting.
- Capacity to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus.

- This is an on-site position based in Miami, Florida.
- This is a paid, part-time internship with a rolling term.
