About the role#
This is a part-time, PRN position for a Pharmacy Student Intern II at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City. You will work under the supervision of a pharmacist to support clinical tasks and pharmacy operations. The role requires flexibility to handle various pharmacy technician duties.
What you'll do#
- Dispense, deliver, stock, compound, and return medications.
- Review, clarify, document, and verify patient medication histories within 24 hours of hospital admission.
- Complete projects and clinical tasks as assigned.
- Communicate with coworkers to support patient care.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited Pharmacy School program.
- Completion of all requirements for a P2 student.
- A valid Pharmacy Intern Permit from the State Board of Pharmacy in good standing.
- Strong communication skills and a self-motivated approach.
