About the role#
This is a full-time, paid summer internship for 2027. Interns will gain exposure to key supply chain functions, work alongside experienced leaders, and contribute to projects that support critical business objectives. The program lasts 10 to 11 weeks and requires a 40-hour work week.
What you'll do#
- Integrate demand planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to drive efficiency and service performance.
- Identify, select, and manage suppliers to ensure a reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality supply of materials and services.
- Drive supplier performance, mitigate supply risks, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Support strategic procurement initiatives and contract management.
What you'll need#
- Working toward a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Logistics.
- A minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale.
- Relevant academic project or internship experience.
- Ability to work full time (40 hours per week) during the summer.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States. Please note that Medtronic does not provide work authorization sponsorship for internship positions.

- Work Modality: On-site (minimum of 4 days per week).
- Locations: Minneapolis, MN; Plymouth, MN; Mounds View, MN; Fort Worth, TX; Boulder, CO; North Haven, CT; and Memphis, TN.
