About the role#
The MBA LDRP Internship is a full-time, 11-week summer program designed to develop business leaders. Interns work with diverse teams to solve problems, improve processes, and create new systems. You will play a role in achieving business results by designing and executing strategies while gaining knowledge of marketing, business development, or strategy functions. Successful interns are considered for the full-time Leadership Development Rotation Program upon graduation.
What you'll do#
- Analyze and solve business problems.
- Improve existing processes and create innovative systems.
- Bring the Medtronic Mission to life.
- Design and execute key business strategies.
- Gain exposure to upstream marketing, downstream marketing, market and therapy development, business development, and business strategy.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an MBA program with an anticipated graduation date of Spring 2028.
- A minimum of 4 years of full-time work experience.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship.
- Current authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Preferred: 4+ years of progressive professional experience, global experience, and an interest in healthcare, technology, or innovation.

- Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota.
- Modality: Hybrid (minimum of 4 days per week onsite).
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Status: Paid, full-time internship.
