About the role#
As a Supply Chain or Supply Management intern, you will gain exposure to key supply chain functions, work alongside experienced leaders, and contribute to projects that support critical business objectives. This is a full-time, paid internship lasting 10 to 11 weeks during the summer of 2027. You will develop valuable skills and expand your professional network through hands-on experience.
What you'll do#
- Integrate demand planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to drive efficiency and service performance.
- Plan, source, and distribute medical technologies to ensure products reach hospitals and patients reliably.
- Identify, select, and manage suppliers to ensure a high-quality supply of materials and services.
- Drive supplier performance, mitigate supply risks, and support strategic procurement initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Currently working toward a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale.
- Prior project work in a team environment with defined deliverables.
- Ability to work full time, 40 hours per week.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States. Medtronic does not provide sponsorship for this position.
Location & details#
This is an on-site role. Interns are expected to work from their assigned location at least 4 days per week. Opportunities are available in the following locations:
