About the role#
We are looking for a Software Engineering Student to join our team in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue for the Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid internship. You will work alongside a team designing electronic flight and test systems, taking on tasks similar to those of a new graduate hire.
What you'll do#
- Implement automation test software on Windows for satellite electronics testing.
- Write test cases based on project requirements.
- Participate in embedded development projects.
- Work within an agile development environment.
- Support the software life cycle, including code verification, validation, integration, and testing.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, with at least three years completed.
- Experience with Python, C, and C++.
- A resourceful mindset, initiative, and a strong desire to learn.
- Helpful experience includes working with embedded systems like Raspberry Pi or Arduino.
- Familiarity with tools such as GIT, JIRA, and Confluence is an asset.
- Relevant experience from previous work, clubs, or personal hobbies.
