About the role#
We are looking for a DevOps Engineering Student to join our Digital engineering team in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue. This is a full-time, 4-month internship starting in January 2027. You will provide support to scrum teams working on the automation of embedded systems, such as satellite payloads and spacecraft. You will be treated like a new graduate, with tasks assigned based on your current level of schooling and experience.
What you'll do#
- Support the continuous improvement of CI/CD delivery pipelines.
- Design, document, and build systems to automate development activities.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues.
- Perform system administration tasks, including configuration management.
- Create and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates and supporting tools.
- Manage engineering tools and 3rd party IP, including procurement, licensing, installation, upgrades, maintenance renewals, and computing capacity planning.
What you'll need#
- Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, with at least three years of studies completed.
- Bilingual in French and English.
- Experience with version control software like GIT or SVN.
- Knowledge of automation software such as Jenkins.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python and Bash.
- Programming experience.
- Experience with system administration and installing or configuring software on Windows and Linux.
- Ability to obtain and pass a security assessment for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP).
- Preferred: Experience with SQL databases, Web development, and building or deploying Virtual Machines (VMware, VSphere, VirtualBox).

- This position is located on-site in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, Quebec.
- The term for this internship is Winter 2027.
- This is a paid, full-time position.
