About the role#
As a Customer Onboarding Intern, you will join our team for a 10-week summer program. You will act as a primary point of contact for clients who have chosen McKesson as their pharmaceutical wholesaler. This role provides exposure to customer support operations and allows you to work directly with our leadership team.
What you'll do#
- Support the Customer Onboarding leadership team in daily operations.
- Analyze and aggregate data to help improve onboarding processes.
- Identify operational problems and develop solutions.
- Engage with a cohort of other interns and participate in weekly leadership learning sessions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student.
- Completion of at least 75 credit hours by the start of the internship.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Majors in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Data Science.
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- This is a full-time, paid internship.
- The role is based on-site in Irving, Texas.
- The program term is Summer 2027.
