About the role#
The Product Performance team is seeking a Business Analyst Intern to turn data into clear business insights. You will work with product-level data to identify trends and performance drivers. This role offers hands-on experience in data interpretation, problem-solving, and executive communication. You will learn how data supports portfolio-level decision-making and helps identify risks and opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Review product performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the portfolio.
- Analyze changes in product growth, utilization, adoption, and lifecycle status.
- Organize products into meaningful performance segments.
- Conduct focused analyses on selected products to understand key business drivers.
- Partner with team members and stakeholders to gather context and validate findings.
- Translate analytical findings into concise summaries, visuals, and recommendations.
- Document your analysis, assumptions, and follow-up questions.
- Present final findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Rising senior pursuing an undergraduate degree in business, business analytics, finance, economics, information systems, or a related field.
- Interest in using data to solve business problems.
- Foundational experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to interpret data, recognize trends, and develop logical conclusions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize information, manage details, and ask thoughtful questions.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn in a collaborative environment.
- Preferred: Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI.
- Preferred: Exposure to business intelligence, product management, or portfolio management.
- Preferred: Familiarity with basic analytical, automation, or coding tools.

- Compensation: This is a paid internship with a base pay range of $17.33 to $28.88 per hour.
