About the role#
This internship provides exposure to pharmacy operations. You will work with pharmacists and technicians to understand the tools and resources used by member pharmacies. The program includes project work aimed at improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing the customer experience. You will have access to networking opportunities, executive interactions, and structured performance coaching.
What you'll do#
- Analyze data to evaluate current processes and identify opportunities to streamline workflows or reduce manual intervention.
- Support process improvement initiatives across Specialty Pharmacy Operations.
- Assist cross-functional teams with special projects.
- Collaborate with the support team to solve customer problems.
- Attend team meetings to learn from subject matter experts and stay informed on key initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a healthcare degree program, such as Pharmaceutical Sciences, Public Health, Health Administration, or Biomedical Sciences, at an accredited college or university.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.

- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is based on-site in Irving, Texas.
- The program duration is 10 weeks.
