About the role#
Mativ is hiring a Finance Intern for the summer of 2027 at the Munising, Michigan facility. You will work on-site, collaborating with the local finance and accounting team to support mill operations.
What you'll do#
- Analyze, review, and help develop mill-related reports.
- Support the month-end closing process by providing accurate cost information.
- Prepare reports using Oracle and other ERP systems.
- Assist with financial reporting, accruals, and general ledger data clean-up.
- Work with local management on various financial tasks.
What you'll need#
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You are currently working toward a degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A self-directed approach to taking on new projects.
