About the role#
Mastercard is looking for a Corporate Functions Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This role supports business growth by providing operational rigor, governance, and strategic support. You will work with teams focused on analytics, business enablement, and people capabilities to help leaders make informed decisions and execute key initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Support business planning, executive reporting, and program management activities.
- Develop presentations, track key initiatives, and maintain product roadmaps.
- Help leaders monitor progress against strategic goals.
- Analyze business performance, market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer insights.
- Create reports and dashboards to translate data into actionable insights.
- Measure performance and monitor key performance indicators.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and process improvements.
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and business reviews.
- Assist in the execution of commercialization and go-to-market initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools, digital platforms, and emerging technologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- An innovative mindset and intellectual curiosity.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships across cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and resilience.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
