About the role#
The Multimedia Services team is seeking an Enterprise Operations Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This position focuses on service delivery, event support, and transformation initiatives within the region. You will work as part of the Employee Digital Experience team to help connect and empower colleagues across the globe.
What you'll do#
- Manage lifecycle refresh projects and lead transformational initiatives.
- Provide hands-on service delivery and event support for the region.
- Assist the global Multimedia Services team with ongoing technical needs.
- Contribute to the Employee Digital Experience team to improve how colleagues work and interact globally.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelors degree program in Computer Science, Network Security, Information Technology, Broadcast Production, Audio/Visual Production, or a related field.
- An anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Practical experience in audio/visual production, broadcast technology, or similar technical environments gained through academics or past internships.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities in technical settings.
- Note that this role is not eligible for work authorization sponsorship. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
