About the role#
The Learning Operations Analyst Intern will gain direct experience in running a segment of Learning and Development within the organization. You will take on both solo and collaborative assignments that impact coworkers across the business. This is a full-time, paid summer 2027 internship.
What you'll do#
- Develop operations analytics for Learning and Development initiatives.
- Design standard operating procedures based on best practices for different stages of engagement.
- Prepare dashboards and reports on learning session outcomes and participation.
- Perform quality checks on course materials.
- Create knowledge articles covering a variety of topics.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, STEM, Data Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint for presentations and Excel for data analysis and budgeting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- You must be a US citizen.
- Experience with data analysis tools like Tableau or Power BI is preferred.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Java is preferred.
- Previous internship or co-op experience in construction, finance, technology, HR, or facilities engineering is preferred.
- Current enrollment in a QTS partner institution or a Blackstone Launchpad affiliate school is preferred.
- Involvement in community activities such as athletics, clubs, or volunteering is preferred.

- This role is on-site in Duluth, Georgia, or Richmond, Virginia.
