About the role#
This co-op position supports the Office of the CMO within Canada's Marketing organization. You will gain exposure to strategic planning, executive communications, and cross-functional business initiatives. This role is available for Winter 2027 and Summer 2027 terms.
What you'll do#
- Support business planning and operational processes.
- Track key performance indicators and assist in developing reports, dashboards, and performance scorecards.
- Coordinate projects and engage stakeholders across Marketing, Digital, Customer Experience, and Analytics teams.
- Prepare presentations, briefing materials, and executive communications for leadership meetings and town halls.
- Build tools, templates, and resources to improve team efficiency.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations during meetings and working sessions.
- Support special projects focused on process improvement and reporting capabilities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or Analytics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn new concepts.
- Experience with Power BI, data analysis, or project coordination is an asset.

- Location: Toronto, Ontario.
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Employment Type: Full-time.
- Compensation: $40,950 to $56,550 CAD annually (pro-rated based on work term length).
