About the role#
This is a part-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Indianapolis. You will gain exposure to life insurance operations and business processes while working alongside experienced professionals. The role focuses on supporting reporting, process improvement, and documentation tasks.
What you'll do#
- Maintain and update departmental SharePoint sites to ensure information is accurate and accessible.
- Research and resolve items identified on suspense reports.
- Support the preparation and distribution of weekly production reports and related analytics.
- Review and update departmental procedures and documentation to improve accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members on operational projects and process improvement initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with SharePoint.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems and applications.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
