About the role#
We are hiring an Employer Operations Intern to join our Employer and Operations Services team. This role offers a learning experience within a corporate environment. You will work on various projects alongside our service departments and collaborate with different teams to meet project goals.
What you'll do#
- Review and update project documentation.
- Partner with the Section 125 team to send plan documents and manage account creation.
- Perform data entry tasks.
- Process customer insurance forms and applications.
- Engage with customers through phone and email.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Sophomore or above at a college or university in Oklahoma.
- Ability to start this semester.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working within a team.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and learn new technology.
- Graduation date of May 2027 or later.

- Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: 15 to 18 hours per week.
- Term: Rolling, up to 1 year.
- This is a paid, part-time internship.
