About the role#
The Corporate Strategy Intern works as an autonomous member of the Corporate Strategy Office. You will contribute to team projects, participate in strategy discussions with senior management, and handle ad-hoc assignments as needed.
What you'll do#
- Conduct research on market trends, vendor landscapes, and company priorities.
- Create executive-ready presentations, briefings, and internal communications.
- Manage the strategy home page and design internal surveys to track performance metrics.
- Assist in the collection and reporting of key performance indicators for the organizational strategic plan.
- Develop content for internal communications, including copywriting and script writing.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a junior or senior undergraduate, or a recent graduate or graduate student in fields such as Management, Finance, Public Health, Project Management, ISDS, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, or an MBA program.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5, with a 3.0 preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in both oral and written formats.
- A self-motivated and team-oriented approach.
Location & details#
- This is a remote position. Residency in or relocation to Louisiana is preferred.
- You must have a dedicated, distraction-free environment for remote work.
- This is a part-time role requiring 20 to 25 hours per week during the spring and fall semesters, with the potential for up to 35 hours during the summer.
- This internship is paid.
