About the role#
The Student Intern for Maintenance supports the facility maintenance manager in keeping the building and grounds clean, orderly, and functional. This is a paid, full-time, on-site position based in Nampa, Idaho. Applicants must be current Job Corps students.
What you'll do#
- Perform general cleaning of floors, bathrooms, walls, windows, and office furniture.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC equipment.
- Collect and dispose of trash and debris from grounds, streets, and parking lots.
- Sweep and clean exterior entrances, steps, and sidewalks.
- Use cleaning compounds, waxes, and disinfectants as directed by supervision.
- Work assigned shifts, including evenings and some weekends.
What you'll need#
- Must be a Job Corps student who is a completer and ready for work-based learning.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid student card.

- Location: Nampa, Idaho.
- Pay: $17.22 per hour.
- Term: Rolling.
