About the role#
This internship provides a broad look at the strategic and tactical roles of corporate security within a multinational chemical company. You will learn how security risks, including crisis management, asset protection, and investigations, are managed to support global business operations.
What you'll do#
- Conduct security risk assessments of corporate facilities, operations, and assets.
- Collect, evaluate, and analyze open-source intelligence to create threat assessments and risk forecasts.
- Gain understanding of corporate investigations across international legal jurisdictions.
- Explore how crisis management and business continuity programs are tailored to industry risk profiles.
- Discover how supply chain security and asset protection programs are integrated into business models.
- Learn to develop and implement global security risk management strategies.
What you'll need#
- Current status as an upper-level undergraduate or active graduate student.
- Academic focus in Criminal Justice, Criminology, Global Security, International Relations, Global Affairs, or Security Management.
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
