About the role#
The Foundational Analyst Rotational (FAR) Program offers a 10-week summer internship for students interested in risk management, operations, and compliance. You will join one of our core teams, such as Cash Management, Fraud Operations, or Tech Risk, to gain real-world experience and develop technical expertise. This is a paid, full-time position focused on project work and professional development within the financial services industry.
What you'll do#
- Support a specific risk, operations, compliance, or fraud team for the duration of the summer.
- Lead and contribute to meaningful project work tailored to your interests and business needs.
- Attend informative learning sessions with key company leaders.
- Participate in group projects, mentorship programs, and networking opportunities.
- Engage in social and wellness events to build your professional community.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a sophomore or junior pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Leadership experience gained through student organizations, internships, or projects.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office 365 platforms.
- Ability to commit to a full-time schedule, 40 hours per week, from June 1, 2027, to August 6, 2027.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Psychology, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Political Science.
Location & details#
- This internship is based on-site in Fort Mill, South Carolina.
- The program runs for 10 weeks during the summer of 2027.
- This position is paid, with an hourly rate between 20 and 25 dollars depending on skills and experience.
- Employment is contingent upon successful background screening and completion of a bachelor’s degree.
- We are unable to provide sponsorship for this position.
