About the role#
This is a 10-week paid summer internship within the Internal Audit Business Analytics team as part of the Foundational Analyst Rotational program. You will work on this team for the duration of the summer. The program includes networking, mentorship, and learning sessions with company leaders to help you understand career opportunities at LPL Financial.
What you'll do#
- Assist with financial, operational, and process design assessments.
- Participate in process walkthroughs and perform audit testing.
- Gain exposure to company systems and databases.
- Manage various assignments and projects to practice project management skills.
- Complete training and online courses to expand your knowledge.
What you'll need#
- Current sophomore or junior status.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Basic knowledge of finance and accounting.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work on-site in the Fort Mill or Charlotte office.

- Locations: Fort Mill, South Carolina or Charlotte, North Carolina.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 1, 2027 to August 6, 2027).
- Modality: Full-time, on-site, 40 hours per week.
- Compensation: $25 per hour.
