About the role#
This 10-week paid summer internship provides an immersive experience within the Strategy and Growth organization. You will work alongside leaders and subject matter experts on projects that contribute to the success of our advisors and clients. This program includes professional development, networking, and mentorship opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Support strategic initiatives and business priorities across the Strategy and Growth organization.
- Conduct research, analysis, and project work to support business growth, advisor engagement, and client activation efforts.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Develop presentations, communications, and other materials for leadership discussions and decision-making.
- Participate in professional development, networking, and learning opportunities throughout the internship.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Communications, or Marketing.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3.
- Demonstrated interest in strategy, business operations, client experience, project management, or financial services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong academic performance and involvement in campus organizations, leadership activities, or prior internship experiences.
Location & details#
- Location: Fort Mill, South Carolina.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 1, 2027 - August 6, 2027).
- Modality: Hybrid, with an in-office presence of 2 to 3 days per week.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
