About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within the Human Resources department. You will work on projects that address specific business needs while gaining exposure to a professional corporate environment. The role focuses on developing analytical insights that guide strategic decisions.
What you'll do#
- Build reports and create data sets to support HR initiatives.
- Use Excel, Power BI, and SAP Reporting Products to conduct analytics and create visualizations.
- Develop recommendations based on data to drive business value.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to support broader department projects.
- Assist with other tasks as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a four-year university program, at the sophomore level or higher.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, MIS, or a related field.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Excel.
- Understanding of basic analytical techniques.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work well in a team.
- Power BI experience is a plus, though not required.
- Previous internship experience is helpful but not necessary.
Location & details#
- This position is based on-site in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role requires prolonged sitting, manual dexterity for computer use, and the ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
