About the role#
The HR Intern supports the Talent and HR Manager by coordinating leadership development programs, managing training needs assessments, and maintaining program documentation. This role offers hands-on experience across key HR functions, including operations, immigration tracking, and internal communications, within a collaborative environment.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the coordination of Corporate Leadership Development programs, including tracking and documentation of budgets and timing.
- Conduct organizational and training needs assessments to support talent development strategies.
- Draft site announcements and support internal communication efforts.
- Help coordinate employee engagement events such as Fireside Chats and Listening Sessions.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes and maintain employee documentation.
- Support international assignment logistics and track immigration compliance.
- Promote enterprise-wide initiatives like the BE Heard Survey and BW Moves.
- Provide general HR site support as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to run reports and interpret data.
- A self-motivated and proactive approach to learning in a team setting.
- Comfort engaging with employees at all levels to contribute to a positive workplace culture.
