About the role#
This is a part-time, year-round internship within the Americas HR Shared Services team. You will support HR operational excellence by resolving inquiries, managing administrative tasks in Workday, and assisting with various projects across HRIS, Payroll, Total Rewards, and Talent functions.
What you'll do#
- Maintain data in HRIS, payroll, and other systems.
- Manage the Americas Shared Services Outlook inbox and process business requests in Workday.
- Assist with audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance across HR systems.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
- Support improvement projects and optimization programs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited university.
- Major in Business Administration with an interest in Human Resources.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

- Locations: Auburn Hills, Michigan; Seneca, South Carolina; Bellwood, Illinois; or Cadillac, Michigan.
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Employment Type: Part-time (20-29 hours per week).
