About the role#
Enfinity Global is looking for an HR Operations Intern to join our Americas HR department in Miami. This role supports the daily administrative functions of the HR team, ensuring data accuracy and policy compliance while helping with core employee lifecycle processes.
What you'll do#
- Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS for new hires, terminations, and status changes.
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits, including enrollments and vendor communication.
- Support payroll processing by ensuring data is submitted accurately and on time.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires and manage the offboarding process for departing employees.
- Generate and analyze HR reports regarding headcount, turnover, and other metrics.
- Help streamline HR administrative processes to improve efficiency.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions regarding benefits and company policies.
- Ensure all HR activities follow company policies and relevant employment laws.
What you'll need#
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0 to 2 years of internship experience or relevant coursework in HR or business.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and strong Excel skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with employees.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
