About the role#
The Corporate Finance team manages capital raising, investment evaluation, and strategic planning for the company. This internship provides direct exposure to live workstreams and the decision-making processes behind project-level capital allocation. You will report to the Director of Corporate Finance and contribute to real deliverables, including investor materials and investment approvals. This is a rolling, full-time position.
What you'll do#
- Prepare and maintain investor-facing materials, such as teasers, presentations, and data room content.
- Manage investor and lender communications by tracking outreach, follow-ups, and information requests.
- Support due diligence workflows and coordinate responses to requests from institutional investors and financial advisors.
- Coordinate and review Investment Committee submissions, including memos and supporting exhibits.
- Perform financial modeling at the company level, including scenario analysis, valuation support, and recurring reporting.
- Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and cross-functional coordination between finance, legal, and development teams.
- Build, test, and refine AI-powered workflows to improve efficiency in document generation and data extraction.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit or recent completion of a degree in finance, economics, mathematics, electrical engineering, or a related quantitative discipline. Non-traditional backgrounds are welcome with relevant skills.
- Baseline comfort with spreadsheets and financial logic, with some experience in Excel-based financial modeling preferred.
- Clear and precise written communication skills for preparing materials for senior leadership and institutional investors.
- Familiarity with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot and an interest in applying them to professional workflows.
- A self-directed work style with the ability to turn loosely defined tasks into structured outputs.
- Prior experience or interest in energy, infrastructure, or project finance is considered a plus.
