About the role#
The Student & Alumni Director manages marketing, admissions, and relations for the School of Nursing. You will work on both local and out of state initiatives to support the department. This is a full time position based in Loma Linda, California.
What you'll do#
- Lead the recruitment of students for all School of Nursing programs.
- Develop and carry out initiatives to engage and retain current students.
- Connect with alumni to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Oversee marketing processes and admissions workflows.
- Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. We will accept eight years of experience as a substitute for a degree.
- At least two years of experience in recruitment, marketing, or alumni relations.
- One year of experience in higher education is preferred.
- Proficiency with standard office software including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
