About the role#
CTP is hiring an Analytics Intern to join our Media and Analytics team. This role focuses on research, experimentation, and the application of AI and automation within a marketing agency setting. You will help us test new tools and workflows to make our processes smarter and more effective. This is a paid, part-time position requiring 16 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Test and evaluate new tools, platforms, and workflows for our media and analytics teams.
- Develop and test AI-powered or automated solutions to improve data collection and organization.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and increase agency efficiency.
- Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for client campaigns.
- Create and interpret dashboards and reporting outputs.
- Document findings and recommendations from your experiments to share across teams.
- Collaborate with teammates in strategy, media, and other disciplines to identify where data and technology can solve problems.
- Assist with campaign tracking and measurement tasks like UTMs, pixels, and tags.
What you'll need#
- Ability to commute to our Boston office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
- Comfort working with data and spreadsheets, including Excel or Google Sheets.
- Coursework, projects, or previous experience in analytics, data visualization, marketing, AI, or automation.
- Strong curiosity and a willingness to troubleshoot and learn new technologies.
- Attention to detail and the ability to communicate findings clearly.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States, as we do not offer visa sponsorship.

- Location: Boston, Massachusetts.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (in-office 2 days per week).
- Schedule: 16 hours per week.
- Compensation: $15 per hour.
