About the role#
This Student FWS position supports the hiring department with daily operations and various administrative tasks. You will assist with departmental needs and perform additional duties as required.
What you'll do#
- Assist the department with daily tasks and administrative needs.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with others in person, in writing, and over the phone.
- Enforce policies consistently to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and laws.
- Work calmly and maintain a professional demeanor when under pressure.
- Manage multiple assignments, organize your workload, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Collaborate with team members and accept direction as needed.
What you'll need#
- Must be a current LLU student.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least one year of previous experience is preferred.
- Ability to use standard office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English at a professional level.
- Ability to perform basic math and statistical functions.
- Candidates must understand and embrace the mission, purpose, and identity of Loma Linda University Health.
