About the role#
Loma Linda University Health is seeking a current student to join the Under Graduate department. This position involves supporting daily departmental operations through administrative tasks and specific student-focused support services. This is an on-site, unpaid position with a rolling term.
What you'll do#
- Proctor student exams during exam weeks.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to support students who require testing accommodations.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
- Perform general administrative duties to support department staff.
What you'll need#
- Must be a current Loma Linda University student.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of one year of experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with computer software including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access.
- Ability to read, write, and speak with professional quality.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate positively and effectively with others.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and organize your workload effectively.
