About the role#
The Direct Mail Production Management Intern will support the Supplier Management, Estimating, and Pricing team within the Marketing department. You will gain hands-on experience with the planning and execution of direct mail production activities. This role provides exposure to the operational processes that help deliver marketing materials efficiently and accurately.
What you'll do#
- Track schedules, specifications, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects progress on time.
- Gather and organize project specifications, content inventory, version analysis, and supplier instructions.
- Communicate project requirements to internal partners and external suppliers.
- Follow up on outstanding items and help resolve routine production questions.
- Review and maintain project reports and documentation to support accurate recordkeeping.
- Collaborate with Marketing colleagues and production partners to learn how direct mail campaigns move from planning through production.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university program.
- Majors in Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Communications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, specifically regarding data, schedules, and estimates.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Location & details#
- Location: Tampa, Florida.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid (3 days per week).
- Schedule: Full-time.
- Compensation: Paid at $25 per hour, plus eligibility for a discretionary bonus.
