About the role#
The Soup, Sandwich, Chill and Grill Student position is a part-time, evening role based in Brampton, Ontario. This is an on-site, unionized role focused on maintaining store standards and providing positive customer experiences at Fortinos.
What you'll do#
- Ensure store shelves are stocked and maintain organized product displays.
- Assist with identifying inventory needs and ordering products.
- Set up company-directed promotions and programs.
- Maintain department cleanliness and ensure all health and safety standards are met.
- Provide customer service by responding to shopper needs and inquiries.
What you'll need#
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and remain mobile for the duration of a shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a resourceful approach to tasks.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work effectively in a retail environment.
- No previous experience is required as training is provided.

- Location: 55 Mountainash Road, Brampton, Ontario.
- Employment Type: Part-time, on-site.
- Compensation: $16.60 - $16.70 per hour, governed by a collective bargaining agreement.
- Targeted Majors: Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, and Psychology.
