About the role#
This Level III internship is an advanced supervised learning experience for students currently enrolled in a graduate-level program for counseling, social work, or a similar field. Interns gain experience through supervised clinical practice, direct client service, and professional skill development. You will work within behavioral health settings to apply academic knowledge while developing clinical competencies under professional supervision.
What you'll do#
- Participate in all approved activities structured by your internship supervisor.
- Communicate regularly with your supervisor throughout the experience.
- Evaluate and share feedback regarding your internship experience.
- Engage in the program as a learning opportunity and cooperate with your supervisor.
- Maintain strict confidentiality guidelines at all times.
- Complete, sign, and submit all required documentation by established deadlines.
- Comply with all organizational training requirements, policies, and safety procedures.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a public or accredited private academic institution pursuing a graduate degree in fields such as Psychology, Nursing, Public Health, Health Administration, Sociology, Human Resources, or Criminal Justice.
- Reliable transportation to and from the internship site.
- A professional attitude characterized by honesty, punctuality, respect, courtesy, and cooperation.
- Adherence to all dress and behavior guidelines.
- Ability to pass a Level II background screening.
