About the role#
This Level II internship provides a structured learning experience for students enrolled in accredited academic institutions. Interns gain hands-on experience through clinical support, interdisciplinary collaboration, and patient-centered service exposure. This role is designed for students in behavioral healthcare tracks, including Psychology, Nursing, Public Health, Health Administration, and Pharmaceutical Sciences. Placement is based on departmental availability and supervisory capacity.
What you'll do#
- Participate in all approved activities structured by the internship supervisor.
- Assist staff with responsibilities appropriate to your educational level and program requirements under direct supervision.
- Evaluate and share information about your internship experience.
- Comply with all policies and procedures of Lakeview Center, Inc.
What you'll need#
- Adhere to established dress and behavior guidelines.
- Complete, sign, and submit all required documentation as directed by your supervisor.
- Maintain consistent communication with your internship supervisor throughout the program.
