About the role#
As a Radiology Tech Student, you will perform diagnostic radiographic examinations while under the direct supervision of a Registered Radiologic Technologist. You will follow JRCERT guidelines to ensure accurate and safe imaging procedures. This is a PRN position that offers hands-on experience in a hospital setting.
What you'll do#
- Perform diagnostic radiographic exams while following JRCERT guidelines.
- Communicate clearly with patients to explain testing procedures and help reduce their anxiety.
- Demonstrate skill in image quality, radiographic positioning, and radiation safety.
- Apply knowledge of anatomy, infection control, and equipment operation.
- Maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.
- Interact professionally with patients, physicians, and department staff.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor, Diploma, or Associate Degree program in Radiologic Technology.
- Verification of student status from your school.
- Ability to obtain BLS certification within 90 days of your start date.

- Compensation: $15.27 to $18.86 per hour.
